Itch Update 20: Status Effect Viewer

You can now view a character's current status effects by hovering over their panel during battle!  Up to eight effects are visible at a time this way, currently.  If you're playing on a touch screen, you'll probably need to drag your finger onto the panel, then off when you're done checking.

Eventually we'll add a row of these on the character sheet for more detailed info.

This update also includes some other minor changes to a few pieces of artwork, and a new startup logo.
